Shipping & Returns

General info: milkersupply.com operates business in Champaign, Illinois. We ship out packages every business day. Most orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Ground Service. While small packages may be shipped by USPS Priority or first class.

Shipping Fee weight based Table Rate, to all destinations in the Continental USA. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. A complete milker will cost buyer $20 to $35, which is about 1/2 the seller pay to the carrier. Shipping to Alaska and US islands has to be arranged individually, additional charges may apply.

Based on past shipping experiences, delivery time within the continental USA are as shown in the following map:

 
Returns: Return is accepted for mis-presentation or defect only. If there is a shipping damage, we will send the replacement after confirming the damage and the buyer has to provide pictures to prove the damage and assist with the damage claim with the carrier. Return shipping postage is generally provided by the buyer.
